Where we deliver
We deliver across India to every PIN code serviced by our courier partners. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
Dispatch time
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours of confirmation (working days).
- Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unreachable orders are attempted for 3 days before being cancelled.
- During festival peaks or extreme weather, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days — we will tell you if that happens.
Delivery time
- Metros: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote / North-East / island regions: 7–10 working days.
These are typical timelines, not guarantees — the last mile is in the courier’s hands. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, write to us and we will chase it down or make it right.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹499 and above: free delivery.
- Orders below ₹499: a flat ₹49 delivery charge, shown at checkout.
- No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive the courier name and tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking links typically activate within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@agrithonix.shop or +91 87961 55913. We will replace affected items at no cost.
Special notes for living and perishable products
- Seeds are packed in moisture-barrier pouches and ship year-round.
- Soil, compost, and fertilizer bags are double-sealed; minor settling in transit is normal.
- If we ever list live plants, they will ship early in the week only, to avoid weekends in courier warehouses.
