• Payment information: we currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI on delivery. We do not collect or store card numbers or UPI PINs. If online prepayment is introduced, it will be processed by a licensed payment gateway; your payment credentials will go to the gateway, never to our servers.
• Usage information: standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, used in aggregate to improve the store.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, retained so we can resolve your queries.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship, and deliver your orders, and to confirm them by phone or WhatsApp.
• To respond to questions, replacement claims, and refund requests.
• To send order status updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and every one includes a way to opt out.
• To understand which products and pages are useful so we can improve the store.
• To prevent fraud and comply with applicable Indian law.

What we never do

• We never share your details with third parties except the delivery and logistics partners who need them to fulfil your order, and service providers (such as hosting) bound by confidentiality.
• We never store payment credentials on our systems.

Data retention
