Refund & Return Policy

We want you to garden with confidence. This policy covers the three things that can go wrong — a damaged or wrong item, seeds that don’t sprout, and simple change of mind — and exactly what we do about each.

1. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging to support@agrithonix.shop or on WhatsApp.
  • We ship a free replacement, or refund you in full if you prefer — your choice.
  • You never pay return shipping for our mistakes. In most cases you may keep or compost the damaged item; we rarely require a physical return.

2. The germination promise (seeds)

  • If a packet of our seeds fails to germinate when sown per the packet instructions and within the printed sowing season, tell us within 60 days of delivery.
  • Send a photo of your sowing setup and the packet. We will send a free replacement packet, or refund the packet price if you’d rather not retry.
  • This promise covers germination failure. It cannot cover losses after sprouting — pests, weather, and overwatering are part of the gardener’s journey (and our guides help you through it).

3. Change of mind

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and viability reasons, opened seed packets, soil, compost, and fertilizers cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer, or deducted from the refund if we arrange pickup.

Refund method and timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days of approval.
  • COD orders are refunded to your UPI ID or bank account; prepaid orders to the original payment method.
  • We’ll confirm every refund by SMS/WhatsApp/email once processed.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel any order free of charge before dispatch by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled, but the change-of-mind window above applies after delivery.

How to raise a claim

  1. Email support@agrithonix.shop or call +91 87961 55913 with your order ID.
  2. Attach photos where relevant (damage, packet, sowing setup).
  3. We respond within 2 working days with the resolution.
